I obtained my masters degree at the Smith College School for Social Work. I have been providing psychodynamic psychotherapy since 2014. I have experience working with teens, families, adults, and couples in outpatient and residential settings.
My approach to treatment is based in relationships. Is the relationship in your life not what you want it to be? Is the relationship with yourself not a good one? Regardless of what relationship you are struggling with, I take the time to understand the pain and conflict in your life so that we can create an approach that fits for you. I will help you get to the root of what is hurting you to create lasting change. With empathy and care, I use proven treatments to help you understand your feelings and relationships, develop self-compassion and embrace a hope-filled future.
I have been successfully helping people with low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, and process addictions since 2014. I work using relational, attachment, CBT, and trauma focused approaches. I will use my experience and training to compassionately help you work through your problems and start finding hope, joy, and meaning in your life.
